Thank you all for your encouragement and suggestions on the first version of this card! This time I went with what I know and love- crayons, glitter glue, markers (for the floss). I like this card much better, even though it brings to mind a sparkly acne attack of sorts :/. When I decide what occasion to use this card for I'll attach appropriate ribbons to the knot of the background balloon.
